Rental Rate Options (USD)

The monthly rent includes all utilities, bi-monthly maid service and yard maintenance. A completed application and background check is required that must be satisfactory to the Landlord. A completed Residential Lease Agreement is required, which explains in more detail the specifics of the rental arrangement. The Lease Agreement requires the first full month (including partial month per diem if lease is executed in the middle of a month) and last full month payments to execute the Lease term. The Utility Allowance is further explained in Appendix B of the Lease Agreement.

Just off the kitchen is the prep area and full size washer & dryer. 3 spacious bedrooms feature premium bedding and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom has a king size sleep number bed. The master bath has a large glass enclosed shower and a soaking tub with a window view of the outside garden area. A second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom/office has a twin trundle bed that easily makes into a king size bed. The backyard is a private fenced hideaway surrounded by lush greenery, large lawn area, a fish pond with waterfalls, and yet you are only 1 mile access to I-5 and 217.

The home is only 2 miles to Bridgeport Village for great shopping/dining and movie theatres. Dozens of restaurants are within 3 miles; less than 5 minutes to many corporate office buildings; 8 minutes to downtown Lake Oswego; 15 minutes to downtown Portland and 25 minutes to the Portland International Airport (PDX). Easy access to I-5 and 217 freeways. On-site parking for 5 cars. The 2 car garage is not available.
